Return of goods

You can return the goods ordered through the e-shop within 14 days from the delivery of the order by sending them to the address below.
Simply fill in the Contract withdrawal form, which you send together with the returned goods, and enclose the invoice or a copy of it in the package.

The returned goods must be undamaged, unworn and including tags, in the same condition as you received them from us. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the cost of returning the goods to a resalable condition or the return may be refused altogether.

Goods returned COD will not be accepted. Goods sent to a branch of the Parcel Service will not be collected!
If the ordered goods include a gift, the customer is obliged to return it upon return.

Exchaning the goods
You can exchange the product within 14 days of receipt of your order by sending it to the address below. Please fill in the Form for exchange of goods and include it with the goods you are sending, and enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice in the package.
We will do our best to deal with your matter in the shortest possible time (usually about 5 working days from delivery).
